Single Point of Contact
We will appoint an experienced Account Manager as your “single point of contact”. Their role will be to liaise with you throughout the entire recruitment process. This ensures continuity of service and rapid progress to the desired outcome – a filled vacancy.
Whether supplying a single expert to support a short-term contract or permanent role, or a fully managed team of professionals for a specific project, your dedicated Account Manager will be a highly experienced recruitment consultant, with relevant sector experience and in depth knowledge.

Supporting you Account Manager behind the scenes is the wider account team.
Team roles and responsibilities
Your Account Manager:
Responsible for client liaison including the processing of all client requirements and selection of suitable high quality candidates, in conjunction with the Service Delivery Team. Ensuring client KPIs and SLAs are met and contractor performance is measured.
Account Support:
Responsible for the physical searching process and initial selection of candidates. The account support team is fully versed in the client’s processes and practices. This ensures that the client has continuity of service in all aspects of our work.
Service Delivery Team:
A flexible resource that allows us to increase and decrease the number of dedicated staff available to work on the client’s requirements at any time. This team is also responsible for the qualitative aspects of candidate search and selection and database management.
Back Office Support:
Responsible for all contractual administration and accounting functions. This team is responsible for processing contractor payments, administering contracts and invoicing clients. The Finance and Administrative teams have internal SLAs with the client-facing areas of the business to ensure our back office functions are aligned with our client’s requirements.
Account Director:
Responsible for all contractual and commercial matters relating to the execution of business with the client. This individual has overall responsibility for ensuring that the agreement is performed in accordance with the specifications of the contract between Nurture Group and the client.
CEO:
Acts as an escalation point for clients to utilise in the event of any issues arising.
