Required: Solid experience of third line network support experience in ideally Finance / Banking / similar environment

Ownership and delivery of project work as required

Good understand of network seven layers technology CCIE/CCVP/CCSE/JNCIA-FWV equivalent Good troubleshooting skills in LAN/WAN, Internet, security and IP telephony

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Role Outline:

The role is to undertake project work and day-to-day network support within the infrastructure section.

1.Design WAN/LAN/Security/Voice solutions

2.Installation of Cisco Switches and Routers

3.Trouble shoot layer 2/3 and multicast issues

4.Configuration of Juniper Firewall and VPN devices

5.Management of Firewall policy

6.Management of Bluecoat Proxy policy

7.Management of BigIP load balancer

8.Network monitoring and reporting

9.Trouble shoot Internet connectivity

10.Cisco IP telephony installation and support

11.Network structure cabling

12. Documentation and reporting
