System Engineering Manager sought by leading media company in London to lead a team of Systems engineers ensuring the company’s technical strategy is successful through the management of systems architecture, tools, processes and procedures.

You will responsible for resource management and scheduling, infrastructure design, software and hardware licensing, management of suppliers, technology reviews and staff development.

You will likely come from a Systems Administration background with a move into line management and must have very strong technical skills with Linux, Sun Solaris (up to and including version 10), Java environments, Tomcat, Apache, VMWare and network infrastructure.
