Experience required:
- collecting requirements
- Strong functional knowledge of CRM/Siebel application
- Strong analytical skills
- good OM skills
- experience with integration
- case handling
- product modelling
- customer operation
- Siebel 8 experience would be beneficial
- Telecom background is mandatory
