Our client are looking for a Software Developer Lead, to define a master development schedule for the project, team lead to a group of developers, doing the development and technical parts of the job, have overall responsibility in code quality and to be responsible for the review process.

Key Requirements:

Proficient in object-oriented programming languages (C#, Java, VB.NET). Hands-on experience with, Backend systems (transaction processing, database, multithread systems), Web development (HTML, JavaScript, ASP.NET), RIA development (AJAX, Adobe Flash, Flex) and Web UI/graphics design (CSS, 2D/3D graphics/animation, typography.

Experience in People Management, preferably managing software developers. More than 2 complete software development life cycle.

Previous investment or financial services industry experience is a positive.
