Can demonstrate outstanding commitment to delivery.

Have substantial experience of working in a Trading environment (preferably Energy Trading) and have a very good knowledge of the trade life cycle process.

Have an excellent business knowledge in one or more of the following domains:
Front Office Trading, Risk Management, Back Office or Finance.

Have an excellent knowledge in most functions/desks of its domain.

Have a strong track record in business analysis, preferable in an Energy Trading environment.

Have excellent interpersonal skills, and be fully experienced at Dealing with technical and business representatives at all levels.

Working knowledge of a modelling tool (such as Enterprise Architect or ARIS) - preferable but not essential.

Have very good stakeholder analysis skills.

Have very good conflict management skills.

Be self-motivating and able to work to priorities under pressure and flexibly as a member of a team, as well as being able to use their initiative and work alone.

Can keep up to date with best practices and adopt/adapt these.

Can identify opportunity for the Business and initiate change to add value ISEB (BCS) qualified in Business Analysis - advantageous but not essential.

Have experience of Openlink Endur - advantageous but not essential.
