Produce and own the business roadmap in one of the following domains: Trading, Commercial Asset Optimization, Risk, Back Office and Finance.

Specify changes to multiple business/IT systems, including the writing of functional & non-functional specifications for the development of information systems.

Investigate & model business processes

Arrange, prepare and conduct meetings, workshops & presentations for a wide variety of audiences.

Can show she/he is a visionary individual who can push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices.

Have outstanding experience of working in a Trading environment (preferably Energy Trading) and have an in-depth knowledge of the trade life cycle process.

Have an excellent business knowledge in one or more of the following domains: Front Office Trading, Risk Management, Back Office or Finance.

Have a strong track record in business analysis, preferable in an Energy Trading environment.

Experience of waterfall-type and agile software development life cycles.

Have outstanding stakeholder analysis skills.

Have outstanding data and process modelling skills.

Have the ability to articulate complex business requirements using specification methods.

Be self-motivating and able to work to priorities under pressure and flexibly as a member of a team, as well as being able to use their initiative and work alone.

Can keep up to date with best practices and adopt/adapt these.

Can identify opportunity for the Business and initiate change to add value

ISEB (BCS) qualified in Business Analysis - advantageous but not essential.

Have experience of Openlink Endur - advantageous but not essential
