Are you a motivated 2nd line Desktop Support Analyst?

A leading systems integration consultancy is seeking a motivated 2nd line Desktop Support Analyst with the ability to hit the ground running to providing day to day support to an important client.

The successful candidates will work closely with their end clients and internal End User Computing practice to manage day to day issues for the consultancies managed clients.

You will have in-depth Windows XP, Administration and Troubleshooting skills.

You must be very strong with Active Directory and MS Office.

You will have full working knowledge of Blackberry setup and support, DNS and DHCP.

ITIL and Knowledge of Exchange (2003 and 2007) is an essential requirement.

You must be well presented with the ability to communicate at every level from day to day users to VIP Executives.

You will be able to provide technical & procedural documentation and manage your own time effectively.
