The system is a successful and operationally proven command information system that has been in service with the UK Forces since 1998. It supports the strategic and operational business processes of specific organizations within the MoD.

The client supplies the complete system, comprising a mix of COTS and bespoke software applications along with COTS-based client/server networked operating infrastructure. Installations range between permanent HQ sites and warships to rugged, field-deployable command posts with secure messaging and connectivity via satellite link.

Primary task is the maintenance and improvement of the programme ‘s messaging functionality
