Job Description:  

To manage the UK Sales function; both the delivery of existing contract financial outurn and the realisation of new sales growth within existing and new service lines for the division. Manage a team of professionals who are responsible for the relationship with all interfaces of our client base and grow the organisations interests within the target market in line with expectations.

Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management: To lead a team in the development of business relationships with stakeholders and identify opportunities that enable the organisation to retain its market position. To represent the business to senior levels of management in key customers, developing the business partnership. To manage the long-term relationship between the business and the customer. To maintain the relationship over the lifecycle of the contract and beyond. To deliver excellent customer service, and monitor client service levels. To proactively represent the client within the organisation. Enhance credibility with clients by anticipating, articulating, and addressing their needs.

Networking: To lead a team of professionals who will establish relationships with key industry players and to develop key networking avenues to generate new business opportunities Maintain high visibility and insight to allow organisation to deliver optimal services and solutions.

Negotiation: To oversee the negotiation of agreements with new and potential business partners, bringing suitable deals to conclusion. To ensure new client contract implementations are suitable for the business and will match future delivery and that are based on mutual value propositions. Make financial decisions that are sound, profitable, and based on an accurate assessment of risk.

Achievement of Sales Targets: To deliver sales and gross profit in line with agreed territory targets, ensuring business streams are attaining targets and maximising customer opportunities. Develop additional business opportunities to contribute to the growth of the organisation.
